The Small Farms Enterprises Limited (SFEL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Small Farms Association. It was formed as a means of helping SFA members to find new markets and add value to produce, thereby increasing their income.
The SFEL produces a range of high quality products under the Fieldfare label, using the produce of its members whose animals are reared outdoor, in small groups, for most of the year and are therefore stress-free. Our members' farms have shaped the countryside for generations and this tradition continues with the minimal use of fertilisers or chemicals, which encourages and sustains a diversity of plant and wildlife.
